I loved my experience at Conceptions fertility. I went through natural cycles, IUIs, and ended with success through IVF. Dr Moore is great and his staff are so attentive and caring. Cassidy was my favorite nurse - she was so good at making me feel calm and heard. Everyone was so good at explaining the treatments and how everything worked.

The office is beautiful and the providers are extremely caring. I noticed they take time with each patient to answer all questions and ensure the patient feels comfortable. Providers were kind and empathetic when talking about loss and the other emotional struggles that come with infertility. They were very upfront with cost of treatments and gave multiple options for treatment while still allowing me the freedom to choose my own path. I loved my experience with this fertility clinic and would refer anyone to it!

The experience that we had with Conception fertility was great. All the nurses and Dr. Peregrine were kinda and always made me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question or if I wasn’t sure about something they were there to help me and explain everything to make sure we understood everything we were doing. I always will be thankful because now I have my son and I can’t be any happier than ever. IVF can be hard and overwhelming but having the correct team always makes it easier. After having subpar experiences at two other more renowned fertility clinics, Dr. Moore and his team guided me through my one and only chance to conceive via embryo transfer. We love Conceptions! Dr. Moore, Dr. Peregrine, and all of the staff are kind, professional, competent, and dedicated to their work. I was going to Conceptions over the course of a year, and saw a lot of the staff members more than I saw my extended family. Honestly, they almost felt like family to me. Although I was so happy to "graduate" from the clinic (I got pregnant and now have a baby!) I couldn't help feeling a little sad about not seeing the staff anymore. They always addressed all of my concerns, responded to my messages quickly, and worked to be sure I was taken care of. Infertility is so hard. Having doctors and other staff who care and who are good at what they do makes a huge difference. I can't recommend Conception enough and will always be grateful for their help in growing my family. We will definitely go back to them in the future.

Conceptions did an amazing job start to finish! Cassidy and Selena are so kind and professional , we loved getting to see them at our appointments. The Logan office is beautiful and the location was very convenient. When we went down to Provo for the egg retrieval and embryo transfer Dr. Moore was very kind and had a great bedside manner and apparently a great skillset because we got pregnant on the first try! 10/10 would highly recommend!:)

My husband and I absolutely love conception fertility! They are truly amazing with their patients, making sure we understood every step and never felt overwhelmed throughout the entire process. The staff always answered all our questions and even helped me with my shots on the first day. Our experience with them was so positive and supportive, we can’t wait to come back and try for a second child. Thank you for everything!!

I couldn’t recommend them more! Dr Moore is amazing and reached out many times outside of our appointments to check in. He always made sure to explain things clearly. Everyone on all the teams were so kind and positive. I was at a different clinic before and felt like another number. Conceptions makes you feel like you matter and they seem to truly care about every patient. The pricing here is also much better than other clinics. They went to bat for us too to get insurance approval very quickly. I loved that the Logan location is available for monitoring since that drive is a lot better for me. I’m proud to be the first Logan location “graduate”! Fortunately our first cycle and first (fresh) transfer was a success. We can’t wait to meet our baby in December!

I’m so glad I ended up here at Conceptions! We had to do IVF and they were so helpful and quick to get us in and get us started. I loved that there was a Logan location so i didn’t have to drive to Provo for every appointment. The teams at both locations are amazing and so compassionate. The whole process went smoothly and we are fortunate enough to be pregnant with our first (fresh) transfer! Another amazing thing is that their pricing is much lower than most clinics and they also work with insurance and have an amazing billing department and IVF team that went to bat to get all of our prior authorization requirements done in literal days so we could start right away. I’m honored to be the first Logan “graduate”. Can’t wait to meet our sweet little baby in December! I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.

I had a really good experience with this clinic. After my miscarriage they were really understanding and caring to not just my new pregnancy but also me. I almost underwent a surgery to remove the septum in my septate uterus and the doctor gave me all the materials and research I needed to make an informed decision on my own with my husband on if we should do it or not. I ultimately chose not to and I had a healthy baby girl in March.

We’ve been going to Conceptions for over 5 years and have 2 children from the help and care they have given our family. The office has become more established over the years, adding more staff and becoming more organized. The nurses have always been so kind and helpful. The communication is professional and sensitive. But the number one reason we have stayed with Conceptions and have had such a great experience is because of Dr. Moore. He is kind, sensitive, and honest. Our situation is a very unique one and he has been there for our family through all of it. Can’t say enough good things about him. He has played an enormous part in our lives and we are so thankful we found him at the beginning of our infertility journey. He’s made all the difference. We love Conceptions!

Loved my experience here and loved Dr. Moore! IVF is beyond intimidating and taxing on just about every part of your life. But when you have a great doctor and nurses it makes it worth it! I am the type to worry about everything and conceptions was always there to answer every concern and they made every appointment easy! I owe them everyrhing! We had our little dream girl in February and I am forever grateful for the team at conceptions!! Will one thousand percent be returning for our second little baby when I can!!

I appreciate Conceptions more than I can ever express. I was a patient at a different fertility clinic before coming to conceptions. My major complaint with them was the communication. Even with things as simple as pricing, it was always up in the air and nothing was ever definite. From the first time I spoke with conceptions the communication was effortless. The staff is easily accessible and responds back quickly. There was a roadmap that explained everything that would happen along with the prices and the probability of there being a live birth. From the IUIs to IVF the entire staff was phenomenal at explaining how things work and what the next steps would be. Infertility can feel so lonely but Conceptions truly made me feel like I had a team cheering me on and doing everything possible to help us grow our family. We welcomed our sweet baby boy in February and I am so happy I made the decision to go with Conceptions. Thank you Dr. Moore and the entire staff!

We have had THE BEST experience working with Dr. Moore and his staff. If you or any of your loved ones struggle with infertility, PLEASE, come and see them. Infertility is hard. We have been going to conceptions for almost 4 years now and have attempted both IUI and IVF with them. Although we have experienced several devastating losses, the staff and clinical team have been so supporting, comforting, and understanding of us and our situation. From the top down, they have met us where we're at. Not only is their customer service and bedside manner next to none, their clinical expertise and knowledge is top notch. All of our questions were answered as simply or in depth as we wanted and we never left feeling confused or uncertain at what our plan was and why we were proceeding in the direction we were. We LOVE conceptions and their team and have already referred several of our friends because these are people that we trust. Like I said before, infertility is hard, but we are now able to see the light at the end of the tunnel as we are due in June and are so incredibly excited to welcome a baby boy. I had a great experience with Conceptions Fertility. The employees and nurses were always kind and good listeners. They explained things well so that I could understand the IVF process. It can be pretty confusing so when I would call with questions they would always respond in a timely manner and help me to understand. I LOVED my experience with Conceptions! I previously went to a different clinic who felt like they were just out for money! Conceptions got down to the root of my fertility issue and I was pregnant in 2 cycles with them! They were so open for anytime I needed to call them and were so good to get me in when needed! I’m so grateful for the help of Conceptions Fertility when we embarked on our IVF journey last year. Could not speak more highly of this clinic. We did several rounds of IVF here and were taken care of very well. All of our doctors and nurses were compassionate and understanding. They do a great job explaining the whole process and making you feel worth their time even though they were always busy. We never felt rushed and all of the staff took their time to listen to all of our questions and concerns.

I had a great experience at conceptions. I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility, and the team at conceptions provided me with lots of options and avenues to try and get pregnant. After lots of testing, 3 IUIs, one round of IVF, and 3 embryo transfers, I got pregnant! I just had my miracle baby in December 2023. The team is sensitive and helpful.

I went there in late 2019 for infertility related to thyroid cancer and other complications. They had really good bedside manner. I wished I could have gone to Andrew Moore for the whole pregnancy. We have a beautiful girl with help from Conceptions!

Dr. Moore and his team were absolutely amazing. It felt more like a family than going to visit the doctor. They made sure we felt comfortable and were okay going forward with the steps we needed to take. Because of them and their willingness and support we have our beautiful little girl. My husband and I had decided after a few rounds of IUI we’d move to IVF. We scheduled a consultation with Conceptions and all of our fears about the process were resolved, we miraculously didn’t need to move forward with IVF as our final IUI took and we got pregnant. Although we hadn’t really worked with the Conceptions team they encouraged us to come in for an early ultrasound to confirm everything looked normal. We hopefully will never have to result to IVF, but if we do we will definitely be working with the Conceptions team. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at ease during a stressful time.

Writing my review as I snuggle my ivf baby! From the consultation, testings, retrievals and transfer conceptions always made you feel welcomed.. as hard as infertility is they made it better you don’t feel like a broken record, you’re not just another patient or money prob they actually care about you. Dr. Moore was so gentile with his words but also straight to the point about everything! And the nurses and staff were amazing! They are cheering you on and wanting the same goal! Definitely will be seeing them again when we are ready for baby #2!

I just had surgery at Dr. Moore's office to remove uterine polyps. I was scared because I hadn't had surgery before but I'm so Grateful for Dr. Moore and his Anesthesiologist Dr. Taylor. They both did such a Fantastic job!! I wasn't nauseous when I woke up either!! I'm so Grateful for the help they gave me!! Also helped me understand what was going to happen.

I had a great experience at Conceptions. I was a patient at their clinic for about 7 months so I got to know the whole team. Everyone was caring, patient, and personable with my husband and I. I got results and information quickly through phone calls and/or the artisan ally app. I felt really confident in their care. We went through two IUI procedures and eventually IVF. I was lucky to get pregnant on my first round of IVF. I’m 19 weeks pregnant now and plan to return to Conceptions when we are ready for another baby. Infertility is stressful and difficult to navigate but I recommend this clinic to help make it a little easier.

After over a decade of infertility, Dr. Moore and his team were able to help us conceive and ultimately have our son. This was our first experience with IVF so I can't speak to any comparison but overall it was a good experience. The staff were always available when we had questions or concerns and we felt cared for and supported throughout the process.

My experience was a bit different than most others, but still great! Dr. Moore did a large amount of testing, and decided our best course of action was IUI. I took a pregnancy test the day I was supposed to start treatment as a precautionary measure, and it turns out I was already pregnant, which is crazy as it never happened spontaneously in 4 years of trying! Nevertheless, the clinic offered me HCG blood tests and multiple early ultrasounds to ease my anxiety after 3 miscarriages. We welcomed our miracle boy in July after an uncomplicated pregnancy. I hope we won’t need further fertility treatments for our next child, but if we do, we will certainly come back!

We have been going to dr Moore for 8 years. We followed him around until he started his own practice. He is so knowledgeable and helped me through some big losses. I had a miscarriage at 15 weeks and then delivered my daughter at 22.6 weeks (she lived for 22 days). He and his staff found out and sent flowers/card. Something they didn’t need to do but still did because they cared. We then did IVF and got pregnant with our twins. They are 2.5 now and healthy as can be! We are done with our family but if we weren’t we wouldn’t hesitate traveling anywhere to go to him.

I loved my experience here! I was fortunate enough to not have to be with them long, but for the short time I worked with them I always felt very supported. They made me feel valued and I knew I would be taken care of. When I did get pregnant, they continued amazing care and made sure I was having a healthy pregnancy before referring me back to the OB. I really appreciated that. Great experience, definitely recommend!

**EDIT** After posting this review, someone from their office immediately reached out to try and make things right, as did Dr Moore. He and I had a phone conversation to discuss my issues and he seemed to genuinely care about my input. Not only did he say he’d address the issue, but he also offered me a free IUI to make up for it. I appreciate the care and consideration I was given this time around. The medical staff was great, but I only saw the actual doctor once. I came here because in 2018 Dr. Moore was very hands-on and wonderful. He helped me conceive my twins. But things have changed. I went through 2 rounds of IUI this year before calling it quits because of how high the bill was getting. Both rounds were unsuccessful. To add insult to injury, they just told me they’ll only give 3 months to pay off the full balance or they’ll send me to collections. In my case that’s over $2,000 of treatments. There was no discussion whatsoever that the payment window was so small. I’m able to pay it, fortunately, but I didn’t appreciate being blindsided by it.

Conceptions Fertility is the best place to care for you. I felt 100% supported every time I set foot in the office. Visits with Dr. Moore, although often frustrating because of our fertility situation, were always good and helpful. He always took the time to answer any question we had and to comfort us when things didn’t work out the way we had hoped. I knew we were the priority for him when he was in the room with us. Each procedure, great care was taken to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be. The whole staff was so helpful and reassuring. After we finally had a pregnancy and delivery, we took our baby in to meet them. They were all so excited to meet the tiny human they helped bring about. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Moore and his staff for helping bring our family dreams to life!

We tried conceiving naturally for 2 years before seeking fertility treatment. We had no issues conceiving our first child, so we weren't sure what the issue could be. It didn't take long to get an appointment with Dr. Moore and to get all the initial testing done. Based on the test results and my longer than average cycle, he diagnosed me with ovulatory dysfunction, though he couldn't exactly say what caused it or why it wasn't an issue with my first pregnancy. We went with a minimal intervention approach and tried an initial round of hormone injections, but it didn't work. With the next cycle, we did some additional hormone injections and we were successful! We were so grateful to Dr. Moore for figuring out the issue and coming up with a quick and easy solution. We now have a healthy 2-month-old to complete our family. I would highly recommend Dr. Moore and his team for fertility treatment.

We had a very positive experience with conceptions fertility! Dr. Moore was great at mapping out a plan for our next steps and provided us with the autonomy to choose the direction we took things as well as the timeline. He let us go as slow or as fast as we wanted! The nursing and clinic staff were the best part! They were so wonderful, empathetic and knowledgeable. They explained each and every step so well and were quick to follow up with results and next steps! I would highly recommend the clinic and so grateful for them! The team at Conceptions is amazing. My husband and I had been seen at a different clinic, and it wasn't until we were patients at Conceptions that we realized what we were missing out on. We appreciated the time Dr. Moore took with us to explain my condition, and treat it at the root so that not only we could achieve pregnancy, but so I could be healthy before and after pregnancy. We had a very good experience with conception fertility. Once we began the process, Dr. Moore was very agreeable to take things as quick or as slow as we needed. Once we decided on IVF, we got on their schedule immediately and began the process in a couple weeks. They were efficient and always willing to answer our questions. There were a few times that my medications were delayed getting to me, and they were always willing to lend me some to make sure I never missed a shot. Would recommend this clinic.

Dr. Moore and his team were amazing! My husband and I had such a great experience at conceptions fertility. We always felt very comfortable and heard at every visit. I always felt reassured and validated, we ended up going the route of IUI’s per Dr. Moores recommendation, and we were successful twice. The first time unfortunately ended in a still birth, but the second time ended in a beautiful baby boy who is now 15 months:) we loved our experience with conceptions fertility!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Conceptions since I first started with them in 2019. They’re very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and knowledgeable. Because of Dr. Moore and his team I have two beautiful daughters and I’ll forever be grateful for the opportunity to be their mom, which only exists because of reproductive medicine. Dr. Moore and his team at Conceptions Fertility were absolutely amazing to work with! They took the time to answer all of our questions. They helped us feel at ease with the decisions we made as to what fertility treatments we would do. We did IVF and got pregnant on our first try! When we had a miscarriage scare, our coordinator answered my questions and helped me to calm down after hours. They were able to get me in quickly and confirmed everything was just fine. We had a great experience with Conceptions Fertility! All of the staff and doctor were very professional and treated us like family as we were on our journey to start our own! Dr. Moore was very thorough in testing underlying causes and mapping out a plan. It was reassuring to know exactly what the next steps in starting our family were. Dr Moore and his staff were incredible to work with. We were referred to them by an acquaintance of my Husbands who was one of their patients. With their help, we were able to conceive and carry our child to term. They were extremely attentive, thorough and helpful. Any time something seemed off, even on days we had already been in for check ups, they were willing to get us in immediately and ensure we were taken care of and that everything was as it should be. We have referred these guys to several of our friends who are struggling with fertility, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else who is looking into them. 5 stars aren’t enough. These guys are phenomenal.

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Moore and the Conceptions team! Dr. Moore is very personable and you can tell he is invested in each and every one of his patients experiences. I was always met with compassion and attention to any questions or anxiety I had. Though all outcomes depend on quite a few factors, I’m writing this review while playing with my toddler. If we choose to continue to grow our family, it will only be with Conceptions Fertility!

We can’t say enough good things about Conceptions. We have been through countless treatments with Dr. Moore and his staff. And every step of the way I felt so supported and taken care of. After 3 transfers and 1 D&C we finally got our miracle. We were so sad to have to leave the clinic for an OBGYN. But we plan on coming back when we decide to continue to grow our family.

We have LOVED working with Conceptions. It took us 8 years to get pregnant and we had gone to other Utah fertility clinics and we just felt like a number to them, Conceptions were different from day one! Dr. Moore is amazing and the staff were beyond helpful and caring. Anytime we would contact them for questions or concerns we got the best help and they were very good at explaining everything we had questions or concerns about. We did IVF and the nursing staff were so amazing at every step and very clear on what was going on and what we could expect at the next step. They were so kind and really wanted us to succeed! We got pregnant for the first time and now we have our very beautiful baby boy! Thank you Dr. Moore and staff for giving us the family that we always dreamed about having! (and to be able to grow it more in the near future)

Conceptions has a fantastic staff and they are all friendly, professionally, and educational as you go through the prices to explain what everything means, what it is you're looking at in the ultrasounds to see view everything is working. Dr Moore was great at explaining everything up front. We were super lucky and our intrauterine insemination (IUI) worked on the first try and we got twins (boy and girl). They even processed my husband's sperm analysis before we were clients due to misinformation from labcorp (same building) that they'd given over the phone saying they took those and then when got there said they didn't process it. They make you feel comfortable and are so helpful. 10/10 service and care!

Dr. Moore is the most personable, honest, and caring doctor I've ever met. Conceptions Fertility is a game changer! I searched high and low for a fertility office here in Utah when I came across Conceptions. I had a meeting with Dr. Moore and knew this was the place for my husband and I to start our family. I was so impressed with Dr. Moore. He is thoughtful, honest and thorough. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand and he was very kind during the whole process. His whole entire staff was awesome. They are friendly and very attentive. They had great communication with me during the whole process of my IVF journey. If you are considering coming to Conceptions, don’t look any further and just do it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Moore and his staff. I had a terrible prior experience at a different fertility clinic. Dr. Moore was recommended to me and I’m so glad we found him. He was quickly able to diagnose issues that were overlooked previously and walked us through multiple options on how to best address them and the quickest path to getting pregnant. His staff is incredibly kind and was so patient with walking us through all of our questions. I felt completely taken care of and confident in our plan of action. We have a beautiful baby boy thanks to their expertise and are excited to start up the IVF process again this year in hopes of adding another sweet baby!

We absolutely love Dr. Moore! He has been an integral part of our fertility journey. He cares deeply about his patients and helps you to feel heard and seen. You are not just a number, but he treats you like family. He was even willing to write a letter to another provider whom we had had issues with and stand up for us and ask that provider to show and be more compassionate. I'm so grateful that we found Dr. Moore. He and his staff have all been phenomenal in helping us to build our family. We are looking forward to meeting with him again soon.

I worked with Conceptions for about 7 months and have nothing but good things to say. All of the staff knew me by name and were very attentive. I was always able to get my questions answered within an hour of reaching out. I had worked with other fertility clinics and none of them were as proactive as conceptions. I am now snuggling my 2 month old baby boy all thanks to Conceptions!

Amazing staff, you walk in and they already know who you are they make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible. I have gone to other fertility locations and it’s not the same. The staff and Dr Moore are amazing they made my fertility journey as comfortable and stress free as possible. They provide the best plan and treatments for your fertility journey. Most of all they are honest with you. I am now blessed with 2 beautiful baby boys with the help of Dr. Moore and their staff. I am forever grateful for how the staff at this clinic treated me and my husband! The staff was professional, caring, and supportive. They celebrated our wins and mourned our losses right along with us. Dr. Moore, Dr. Peregrine and staff supported our goals while diagnosing and planning for our specific needs. I felt overwhelmed at first but they were easy to contact and set us up for success during our IVF process. I worked a lot with Kinsey during visits and I loved her! The staff is the kindest, most attentive of any office I’ve been to. I never felt like I was waiting on anything. Appointments were always on time and efficient (though never rushed- every single person always asked multiple times if I had any questions or concerns at the beginning and end of each interaction AND then genuinely didn’t mind answering the questions). As soon as I was ready to start a step, it seemed they were able to book me almost immediately, but never pressured me on anything. I did not follow the initial timeline discussed due to personal circumstances and never felt badgered into anything. I reached out when I was ready and they immediately responded (as if I hadn’t been MIA for months), and I started the next step that same day. SO nice since most fertility clinics we reached out to had enormous waitlists which made the already long waits of infertility feel longer. I never felt like I was an inconvenience or had to work around their schedule, it seemed they were committed to having things work for ME- which is wildly refreshing from a doctor office!! So glad we found Conceptions!! The app and portal are really helpful, I always got quick responses to messages. It’s a vulnerable situation and I felt they understood that and were gentle, honest, optimistic, etc. It could have been a scary situation to walk into but they made it feel normal, which really helped. We will certainly be back for our next baby!

After going to multiple different doctors and facilities without success or any answers as to why I was unable to conceive on my own, Conceptions was able to find out why and now I have a beautiful daughter! I wish I had went to Conceptions first! I will be returning in the future to grow my family and will always refer my friends and family to Conceptions. My husband and I worked with Conceptions Fertility Center for about a year and a half. We really loved Conceptions Fertility Center! The doctors and nurses were all very caring and sensitive to our situation. They are easy to schedule appointments with. They use a wonderful app that lets you ask questions to the staff members as well as reminds you of appointments and when to do specific things for your treatments. My insurance only covered so many fertility treatments and Conceptions was aware of this and only did the fertility treatments when I had the highest chance of getting pregnant. Luckily we did get pregnant and now I have a beautiful baby boy! I don't know that we would have ever gotten pregnant without them. They made my dreams of being a mom come true!

I had a wonderful experience with Conceptions Fertility and am grateful for everything that Dr. Moore and the nurses did for me and my family! I experienced secondary infertility after having 2 children with no issues and felt very helpless. I finally felt hopeful that I would be able to have a successful pregnancy after having my first consultation. Dr. Moore and his staff went above and beyond to give me answers, show me all of my options and always made me feel like a priority. Thanks to them I have a very healthy almost 2 year old little boy. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with this Conception Fertility Clinic , i had two miscarriages and couldn’t get pregnant for a year in a half after i called them and made my first appointment they did blood work and straight up they knew what was wrong which i had no ovulation cycles and here i am with my first one after 9 months of treatment. Dr. Moore and his staff are amazing, and the office is a warm inviting place. After going through multiple miscarriges we felt lost and defeated, but Dr. Moore and his team were supportive, and optomisic for our future. Without conceptions fertility we wouldn't have our two beautiful children, and I'm forever grateful for that. In a world that makes infertility seem taboo, their office is warm and inviting, and lets you know that you aren't alone.

My Wife and I moved to the Salt Lake Valley from Malibu, California. We know so many couples going through IVF. With Divine Intervention, we happened upon Dr. Moore and his amazing team at Conceptions Fertility. The ENTIRE PROCESS was seamless, informative, professional, and caring. Dr. Moore and his team are brilliant, know the statistics behind each procedure and medication, have great manner and honed the science. We are forever grateful! Conceptions is the most timely and prompt doctors office ever. They’re very on time (which is so nice with the amount of appointments infertility treatments have). They always get back to you super quickly. The staff is warm, empathetic, and always willing to help. The staff are very professional and super friendly. I have been coming to Dr Moore's staff for 2 years now and have never been disappointed. They answer every question I've had without any frustration despite them having to repeat some answers to me. They are also accommodating and have worked with me & my schedule. Sense day one, the staff at Conceptions has treated us so much more differently than any other doctor group. I feel like a person for the first time speaking with professionals. They known us by name even though I know they serve hundreds at a time. People who truly have a passion for the world they do deserve all the best. I'm not sure we will make it through this pregnancy but I can confidently say I know they are doing whatever they can for us.

I did one round of IUI with Conceptions Fertility and I just found out I’m pregnant with my first child. I’m thankful for the work they’ve done!! Edit: I’m 20 weeks pregnant with healthy TWINS! Again so grateful for Conceptions Fertility.
