Dr Milian is literally the sweetest! Ive never felt more comfortable in a Dr'a office in my life. Its a very small office but very tranquil. She took her time, she was thoughtful and caring she really listened to my concerns and used her best judgement of what would work best for me and my health. She is gentle and her team is super kind and friendly! Dr Milian herself greeted me as I walked in which I thought was awesome! If you're looking for a PCP I highly reccomend!

Dr. Urquiza was amazing. She took the time to sit down with me and go over my medical history in a very clear and straightforward way. I never felt rushed and truly felt heard. The staff was welcoming, and the office atmosphere was very comfortable. I had a great experience overall.

Dr Milian is an exceptional doctor and person. I truly felt God lead me to her! We moved to Palmetto and I have several things going on physically as many do. Dr Milian was thorough in her history and physical. She made me feel heard. I know she left a large group to start her own practice and I’m so grateful to have found her. I know her practice will flourish due to her ethics and expertise. Amazing staff! Exceptional doctor!!

My doctor closed her practice unexpectedly. Found out Wednesday, called around Thursday and had a appt for the next day. Not only did I get in excetionally quickly, but she is the best. She makes you comfortable front the start. Doesn't rush you out quickly. Takes the time to get to know you. I highly recommend her. I know I was blessed to find her. Her assistant, Juna, is just as fabulous!

I have not been to a doctor in many years. I didnt have high expectations about my appointment but once I arrived that all changed. Doctor Milian and Juna were the only 2 when I showed up. I was the only other person there. The Doc came out to introduce herself which put me at ease. Juna was extremely polite, efficient and thorough. Doctor Millian was easy to discuss topics with, knowledgeable and generally seemed happy I was there. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr. Urquiza- Milian is a wonderful doctor and her staff are so welcoming. My original GP did not have room to book me a new appointment. I’d have to have waited almost 2 months to see him. I was referred to Dr. Urquiza-Milian by a coworker and am so happy I was! She listened to the issues I was having, things I had tried prior to seeing her and considered it all before working with me to come up with a care plan. If she doesn’t have an answer for a question, she will research it and get back to you. She has been so flexible and easy to communicate with. She will be our family’s GP from now on! Couldn’t recommend her more!

She’s very knowledgeable, dependable , & goes over & beyond to meet all of her patients health needs.Always a clean & sterile setting, always available refreshments. Dr. Milan is such a great doctor , making her my PCP was one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made!

Dr. Milian is the best doctor I’ve had in years! She is not your typical 10 minute in and out doctor. She listens to your concerns, asks questions, is empathetic and explains things in an understandable way. She knows her stuff and is really interested in helping her patients. I trust her with all aspects of my health and have recommend her to others. She’s awesome!

Dr. Urquiza-Milian is so caring and thorough. Wonderfully communicative and excellent bedside banner. I've been recommending her to everyone I know needing a primary care doctor. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. The office is very nice and conveniently located. They've been able to get me in on short notice when needed and wait times have been excellent once I arrive. Can't recommend highly enough!
