I've been coming to Prima Urgent care, and I'm very satisfied with their service. From the moment you walk in, JC at the front desk is always very prompt with checking patients in and out. She also makes sure to ask if I need a follow-up appointment. She's easy to talk to, friendly, and very accommodating. The nurse name Pam is also kind, attentive, and always address any requests or concerns with care. They make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I highly recommend Dr. Susan. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and gives helpful advice. Her bedside manner is excellent, and she makes sure all of your concerns are addressed without making you feel rushed. She truly cares about her patients, and I always leave feeling well-informed and confident about my care.

Dr. Ramos took the time to listen to my concerns. This was specially important to me as this was my first physical exam after being postpartum. Service was quick, her support staff and her were kind, and they have the ability to do onsite labs. I highly recommend prima for urgent care and primary care.

This is the second time I've had to come to Prima urgent care because my own doctor couldn't fit me in for several weeks. They get me in quickly, the facility is great and very clean, and the doctors have provided thoughtful quality Care. I'm considering switching to Prima for my primary care as well.

LOVED NP KATYA RAMOS-MARRERO. Did everything I asked for and more. I was nervous for my Pap smear and she is the gentlest woman ever, listened to all my concerns is very attentive and detailed oriented. Please see her, she is super smart and up to date with new research. Couldnâ€™t ask for more.

Iâ€™ve always had a great experience with all of the NPs and doctors at Prima Medicine. Theyâ€™re thorough, kind, and efficient. I love that I can access all of my records online, and practitioners leave detailed notes of the visit in a timely manner. The urgent care is also conveniently located downstairs and is equipped to handle many types of tests and exams. They have modern, clean facilities and usually short wait times. Iâ€™ve been recommending this group of healthcare professionals to my family and friends.

I was able to make an appointment online for an urgent care visit. I was seen promptly and the doctor was thorough yet efficient in assessing my symptoms. I am very pleased with the care. Every time I have gone they are friendly, caring and most importantly they listen. Rasheed, the intake nurse, even had me laughing, which is a gift because when you feel awful it helps to have a light moment to get you through the pain you may be experiencing. Visiting family in the area needed to see a doctor right away made an appointment online showed up I was the only patient there. The facility was extremely clean and fresh smelling. I was attended to right away nurse practitioner, Jill, and on my way in less than a half an hour. She was very attentive listen to all that I had to say with an ongoing problem gave me great suggestions, and I felt like she was willing to help me! Iâ€™d highly recommend this urgent care, particularly if you are unfamiliar with any doctors in the area.

Cannot express enough how sweet the staff and how easy my visit was at Prima! JC helped me with the check-in process and made it fast/easy! Very pleasant attitude and great communication. Jenny was the medical assistant who helped take my vitals/history and she was also a delight! Energetic and friendly! Jill was the NP who did my check-up and she was amazing as well! Made me feel comfortable and gave great suggestions. I appreciate her taking the time to listen to my health history as well and taking my opinion in account. Love this place, I was in-out in 30 mins with a sinus infection. They made everything so painless and easy. Will be back for any urgent care/last-min appointment needs!

The care team is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The follow-ups were lacking. My lab work was never followed up. Even when I called the front desk after 2 days and asked for the result and said I m struggling they said they would let caretakers know there was no follow up. As a result after 4 days of waiting I ended up in ER. Three stars because I genuinely believed they cared. But I wish they followed up and actually helped me.

I have been feeling ill and visited a Patient First, and Inova emergency room. No resolution. I stumbled up on this place while going to another appt, and decided to go in and see if they can help me. Quick personable and attentive service. I called to get an appointment to diagnose a problem with my toe to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the same day within 45 Minutes. Amazing! Once I saw the nurse she was perfect. Quickly diagnose my issue. After asking some clarifying questions gave me direct information. Conducted a blood test and made the recommendations for my treatment. About Michele. Administration, intake, nurse, triage, blood draw, billing, and all around good front person for the organization. I chose Prima Urgent Care because it had better ratings than most UCs in the area. In my experience, this was warranted. Staff was friendly and responsive from scheduling through departure. I was seen, evaluated, and given a diagnosis in less time than I expected to wait in line based on other UCs in the area. If I need a UC again, I will be coming back here.

I've been coming to Prima Urgent care, and I'm very satisfied with their service. From the moment you walk in, JC at the front desk is always very prompt with checking patients in and out. She also makes sure to ask if I need a follow-up appointment. She's easy to talk to, friendly, and very accommodating. The nurse name Pam is also kind, attentive, and always address any requests or concerns with care. They make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I highly recommend Dr. Susan. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and gives helpful advice. The facility was very clean and orderly. The intake process went very smoothly. The entire nursing staff was very nice and accommodating, highly recommend. They were flexible in booking appointments and caring and understanding towards my needs

The care team is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The follow-ups were lacking. My lab work was never followed up. Even when I called the front desk after 2 days and asked for the result and said I m struggling they said they would let caretakers know there was no follow up. As a result after 4 days of waiting I ended up in ER. Three stars because I genuinely believed they cared. But I wish they followed up and actually helped me.

I have been feeling ill and visited a Patient First, and Inova emergency room. No resolution. I stumbled up on this place while going to another appt, and decided to go in and see if they can help me. Well the front desk was very helpful, listened and the Nurse assistant and Nurse Practitioner was also excellent! They listened, patient, and told me what my problem was and gave me the proper advice and meds to take. The place was clean, very welcoming! Thank you!!

Quick personable and attentive service. I called to get an appointment to diagnose a problem with my toe to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the same day within 45 Minutes. Amazing! Once I saw the nurse she was perfect. Quickly diagnose my issue. After asking some clarifying questions gave me direct information. Conducted a blood test and made the recommendations for my treatment. About Michele. Administration, intake, nurse, triage, blood draw, billing, and all around good front person for the organization. I can't say enough about Michele.

A great experience all around. Quick check in, was able to be seen quickly, and left within maybe 30 mins top. This is essential as I was just getting off of a full shift from work and exhausted. Also great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Had a pretty intense eye injury, I got helped within 5 minutes, doctor Jill Silver and her assistant were absolutely amazing! Very reassuring, patient, and got me what I needed to fix my issue within 24 hours. Iâ€™ll definitely come back again if I need to!

I chose Prima Urgent Care because it had better ratings than most UCs in the area. In my experience, this was warranted. Staff was friendly and responsive from scheduling through departure. I was seen, evaluated, and given a diagnosis in less time than I expected to wait in line based on other UCs in the area. If I need a UC again, I will be coming back here.

I have come twice now to Prima Urgent Care in Fairfax. Both times the service provided was professional, timely and complete for the concern I had at the time. It absolutely beats sitting for hours in the ER waiting to be seen.

Very gentle people in that office. Great doctors caring and understanding in there field. They were very gentle with all aspects of my situation.

Great attention to clients/patients , knowledgeable and was able to walk in without a schedule and be seen in a timely manner. Iâ€™m definitely coming back to this clinic for all future appointments.

The three individuals that I interact with were professional and courteous. The doctor was thorough and explained in detail my situation. She made me very comfortable and gave me clear information that I could send back to my primary care doctor.
