Paige is amazing! I went to her for lip filler and really appreciated how much time she took to listen to my concerns about keeping it natural while correcting the asymmetry. She and the nurse were so gentle and kept touching my arm and forehead to help distract me during the process. I felt super cared for and comfortable the whole time!

I’ve been here three times and sent two friends of mine here, and we all have had nothing but great experiences. I’ve had Melanie and Paige, and their assistants are the BOMB. Everyone really is kind and humble and working hard to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the laughing gas, it really takes the edge off.

I came to Flawless MedSpa for my first-ever lip injections, and the experience was amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel super comfortable and relaxed—it honestly felt like a spa day. All the girls were so sweet, from the friendly staff at the front desk to Paige, who did my lips, and Amy, who was also incredibly helpful and kind. I love how my lips came out! You can tell they have a great team that works really well together to provide the best customer service. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!

Honestly I couldn’t rave about Melanie enough she’s so good at what she does! Her staff is amazing and she has the most gentle hands. I’m such a cry baby when it comes to needles and she never hurts my face. I always feel youthful when I leave her office ! She is the best of the best. I love Flawless Medspa. This is the best medspa in Vegas. I’ve been to multiple practices in town and Melanie and her team are unmatched. They are fun and extremely caring and polite. I got my cheeks, lips, and xeomin done. I’ve never had a neurotoxin treatment as good as the technique I received here for my hooded eyes. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great service and top notch treatments!

I have been interested I getting a small touch of lip filler for years but always have been so afraid of getting botched. I booked at Flawless Med Spa with Paige. As soon as I walked in the girls in the front were so polite & spoke with me right away. Amy took me to my room to get my paperwork & “before” photos done. Once it was time, Laraisee came in to set up & she was so sweet. Paige came in & I let her know I was scared of looking crazy & I wanted a natural look. After the consultation she reassured me that we were going to achieve something natural. She also let me know there were more options than juviderm & I got a filler called kiss because she said it gives a natural effect. The process was so fast & the numbing helped. All of the girls were so sweet & Paige was so professional. I trusted her completely. It has been two weeks since I got my lips done & I am absolutely in love. I have told all of my friends about it & I will be going back when it is time for my touch up. I am so pleased.

Went here on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised! The price was $300 less than the last place I went for lip filler! But the price mean nothing without a great experience... And I was treated so well from the first hello! I didn't have a preference of injectors and I got Paige. I had read multiple reviews on her and she did not disappoint! This was only my 2nd time getting filler and she went over all my options one by one explaining the difference between them all.... And she was soooo kind a gentle with me ! I have a feat of needles and the last place HURT so bad I had the worst nerves coming in to do a lip fill AGAIN .... But I told Paige and she was so kind and took her time and number me so well and iced my lip before EVERY prick! I barely felt ANYTHING!! I appreciated her being so kind and understanding.... I literally had trauma from my past experience. I will definitely make this my new home for all things related! Trust me.... Go here and see PAIGE ! You will see exactly what I'm raving about!! Have always had a good experience getting lip filler here. They get me in quickly so I didn’t need to schedule far out. They have a number to text any questions to and to schedule appointments that a real person texts back from so no automated messages! Melanie Speed is super patient with me as I am scared of needles and have a low pain tolerance. The office is super clean and beautiful. I haven’t met anyone there that didn’t have a positive attitude. Would highly recommend this medspa to anyone! ?

Kia Flawless Face and figure is amazing! She is the person to go to when you want to reduce your cellulite and for pre and post surgery . She is so kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. She knows what she is doing. She was a gift from heaven after my procedure. She lifted me up during the days I was extremely bruised and in pain. After her treatment I always felt better, less pain and less bruising. Tamara also is kind and nice. You are in great hands when you receive these services. I really love and trust them.
