Prompt service clear check in process and very defined treatment plan with no room for loose interpretation. Would absolutely utilize this facility again in the future if I am ever sick in the road again

The front desk was very helpful and communicative, and I was seen very quickly. I felt like the doctor actually listened to me and explained her thoughts to me (not a common occurrence at other places!). Would definitely recommend going here over a Patient First or Urgent Care.

First class service from start to finish. I arrived around 12:45 PM on a Saturday which was about 15 minutes early expecting a long wait time as was my former experience with other urgent care facilities. I was pleasantly surprised that the person at the front desk greeted and checked me in right away. A brief time later I was being attended to. PBR Susane Njomo was very professional, listened to my concerns and came up with a solution to remedy my situation. This is certainly the world class approach I have been looking for and highly recommend Prima Immediate Care in Fairfax to others as well.

They have amazing reviews for a reason! I was seen quickly and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Njomo, she was attentive and thoroughly explained the treatment she was prescribing. Great service and bedside manner, highly recommend

Prima immediate care was great. Everyone on the staff from the receptionist, nurse, to doctor was incredibly professional, caring, and fast acting. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. A+++ service all the way!

I was able to make a same-day appointment and was seen right away after filling out a few forms. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

I came at 10 AM and got out in 20 mins. Pretty fast! Facility is very clean! I only wish the front desk staffs were smile a bit more! ?? I mean do you want to walk in a place where it is not welcoming? A hi and a smile could put a smile on someone’s face a lot! ??

Some of the nicest people I have met in a long time. Friendly and professional at the same time. From the time I walked through the door to the time I left couldn’t have been more than 30 minutes. In that time I was given a thorough examination and all paperwork was taken care of in an efficient manner.

The staff members were very professional and helpful. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and provided accurate diagnosis. Besides the prescription gave helpful tips for treatment.

I was able to get an appointment immediately. I was treated with respect and thoroughness. The X-ray machine was onsite so all was accomplished in less than an hour.
