After not being able to snag an appointment with our Pediatrician. I brought my 4 year old son here. Only waited 5 minutes and they listened, took all my concerns seriously and both the nurse Lana and PA Alyse were so gentle and patient with him. After a swab for strep came back positive, our script was ready at closest pharmacy within 15minutes. Will definitely come back!

Both nurse and doctor had amazing bedside manner with my 12 year old son. From gently swabbing him for strep to knowing exactly what to diagnose. The office ladies were also kind and got us in and out with no issues.

It was wonderful to be able to make an apt ahead of time, watch how many people were ahead of me on the website and then be seen within 5 min of my scheduled visit. It was clean, very friendly, the doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The assistant who gave me my steroid shot was phenomenal. I've had a lot of pokes in my life and I was shocked at how much I didn't feel her needle at all! This will be my go to Urgent Care in the future A+

The wait and treatment time was quick (5 minutes in waiting room and ~half an hour after being taken back, with very little delay), the staff was friendly and accommodating, everything was very clean and professional, and the treatment itself (four stitches for a laceration on my thumb) was done very skillfully as well.

The staff was great and friendly. Couldn't get into my doctor for a appointment. Your team helped figure out the issue with my pain and helped me take care of it and even gave me exercises to help the pain in the future. Couldn't have got a better experience. Glad I didn't go to the ER. I would still be there, lol but would recommend Pine Knob Urgent to everyone.

Yes! I came in with excruciating pain in my back and abdomen. The whole staff was incredible in helping me. I have to say that PA Shannon Trantham was incredible! I was in severe pain and she remained calm and very helpful. She also took the time to help me find and schedule a STAT CT scan for me. She went out of her way to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Once I had the CT scan, she followed up with me within hours. I wish all PAs had her compassion, knowledge and dedication to their patients! Thank you Shannon for your care. Brandi Forshey.

I just moved to the area about a month ago. I was impressed with how welcoming the environment was. The nurse and doctor I had were awesome. They did the test that were needed and got me on antibiotics. They was no wait time and I was in and out within 35 minutes.

This is a hidden gem practice in Clarkston ! It's almost like nobody wanted to know about the Glenn Lake in Glen Arbor Michigan but eventually everybody knew. If I could, I keep it to myself. Staff is friendly great service PAs and doctors are amazing!!!! Thank you to Lydia, who is always smiles up to her ears and all other staff ,super!!!! My back if feeling much better.

I would like to thank all the staff especially the kind Dr. at Pine Knob Urgent care. I was very sick with flu /bronchitis For 3 weeks in January. Finally when i couldn’t shake it I went to Pine Knob Urgent Care and got in right away No waiting, could make appointment on line. Dr. Prescribed antibiotics which worked. I would not hesitate to Return again if needed!

Thought everyone did an excellent job. I'm happy to know you all are nearby and can provide in emergencies and assist my primary care Dr. perfectly. Beautiful nice clean building and facility. Lovely and accommodating staff personal. Already feeling night and day better with medication for my sinus infection and my voice coming back after 3-4 weeks of being gone and DayQuil and NyQuil but working and a worsening sore throat. We always feel great about being seen by your office. Everyone is friendly even when it is busy. We got in and out fast. Our prescription was ready and waiting at the pharmacy. The PA was hesitant to overprescribe antibiotics which I appreciate; but also gave us an opportunity to call if it just isn't getting better and we can fill a prescription at a later time. All in all we had another great experience.

Quick to get ins approval and efficiency, top notch First Nurse was kind, explained what the next steps were and asked me detailed questions to inform the physician The Doctor was attentive to my concerns and needs, she was quick to get lab results and explained in great detail about my issue and the medications prescribed. I am grateful also for the entire staff’s willingness and agreeing to see me when I ran into the building at 5:55 pm finding they closed at 6 They treated me like I was a long time patient!! Once again my recent experience was excellent! The PA was excellent. Really took time to listen. Medical assistant was fantastic! Front desk receptionist friendly and outstanding! Efficient online appointment booking. TV screen in office telling wait times. Waiting room has one side for sick patients and another for wellness visits!! Well done. I have a primary care physician, but was out of the office. Always feel I get proper care when urgent needs arise. Great knowledge on asthma!

I felt very heard here, the entire staff was so genuine and thorough. The staff member doing my EKG explained where every single lead was going and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The PA and assistant were phenomenal, very clear and repeated to me the instructions going forward. Their care and concern for my future health was very sincere. I have a follow up with a primary care doctor Tuesday! I honestly would not have had the confidence to make that appointment if they didn't validate my concerns about my health. THANK YOU ALL. Recently, had 3 members of my family at urgent care. No appointment was necessary. We were able to walk in and were promptly treated. The staff were efficient, professional, and demonstrated a caring and friendly bedside demeanor. They treated our symptoms and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed prior to us leaving. They had no idea that I’m a nurse in our community. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care they provided. I was immediately glad I chose urgent care for our needs. I would definitely recommend and use again. It’s reassuring to know they are serving our community.

I had the most wonderful experience at urgent Care that I've ever had before. All the way down to the receptionist they all took really great care of me. I just went to the pine knob urgent care this morning. Friday I went to a different urgent care and didn't get nearly the attention and medication needed like I got from the pine knob urgent Care. These people really have the passion and the understanding to help patients. I have a fear of injections and typically try to take a pill approach when I get sick, the staff here worked with me to find options that would suit me for the illness I have. They were actually my 2nd urgent care today, the first was m15 urgent care and the doctor refused care aside from multiple injections and stormed out of the room when I politely told him I did not consent to injections. It was very jarring and stressful for me so my relief was monumental when the Pine Knob urgent care staff were kind and willing to help me in a way that wouldn't be fear or trauma-inducing! I 100% recommend them to anyone with health issues. Unparalleled service by wonderful people

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was so thankful to be able to get rid of my migraine. The medical assistant was so sweet, as soon as I entered the exam room and told him I had a migraine, he turned off the lights, closed the shade, gave me an ice pack, and some water. I was really impressed by that. The physician assistant was so compassionate as well. Plus, the girls at the front desk were so kind and compassionate as well. Thank you all for helping me yesterday.

This is a great urgent care. They got me in fast and did a rapid Covid test with results right away. They gave me a steroid injection promptly to help my symptoms and everyone on staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back here for service.

Cut my nuckles today went to McLaren next door to pine knob urgent care sst in there bleeding threw my gauze bandage with a plastic bag on my hand and they let 2 other people be seen before me on Minor stuff so went next door to pine knob and receptionist got me a new gauze instantly and had me right in ladies there awesome Dr ext highly recommend will go there again thanks alot

The staff treated me like a person and not a disease. They were courteous and professional and spoke directly to me in a conversation that was understood by both myself and my spouse who has no medical background at all. That was greatly appreciated!!! I would not hesitate to go to Pine Knob Urgent Care again in the future. The wait for service was minimal and I was out of there in a speedy fashion. All staff was extremely friendly and efficient!

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! I made an online appointment for 9:15, they got us in by 9:25 and we were done with a script called in by 9:40! I was able to pick the script up on the way home and get my daughter started on antibiotics. Thank you Pine Knob UC!

The amount of just absolute rude people that come in here I am so amazed at how nice and helpful every single staff member still is. People don’t realize that when hundreds of people a day are trying to come in for a test and there are <10 workers there is going to be a wait… come prepared lol I don’t know what else to tell you. Very very friendly staff and I got my PCR results in 24 hours.

Everyone there is Friendly and compassionate. I have to go there more than I go to my own doctor because nowadays it’s almost impossible to get an appointment. I called to get a covid test appt and there were times available throughout the day. I was offered both tests which was very comforting. They called right at a half hour to tell me results. I was asked if I had chatted with a provider and I said no. Within 5 minutes, I received a call and the NP was able to confirm what I suspected. She called in a script and I was able to pick it up within 2 hours. The nurse that assisted me for the covid test was kind, caring and thorough when giving me information. Great job Pine Knob Urgent care.

Pine knob urgent care is our go to for our family of 6. We have seen them many times for strep, ear infections etc!! And now COVID testing. They are fast and friendly. We will not go anywhere else.

What an amazing staff they have here! Very caring and very fast! My son broke his arm and we were in and out in 1 hour with X-rays and a temporary cast. We made the mistake of going to McLaren Emergency first and after almost an hour of waiting there the only thing my son received was an ice pack. We will be going to Pine Knob Urgent Care for anything we can going forward.

Covid testing is very well managed. Online signups and telemedicine to confirm details prior to testing went very smoothly. Testing done from car was quick and rapid tests were back reasonably quick.

*urgent care visit* Was in and out in a quick amount of time. Dr. Rick figured out what was wrong that my primary care had missed. Got a steroid shot and my allergic reaction went down a lot by the end of the day. I very much appreciate this urgent care. They are all kind. Id reccomened them to anyone.

I went to the PKUC directly after breaking my collar bone. I showed up just before they were to close (yeah, I was that guy). They were very quick and got an xray done that clearly showed it was broken. I was given a sling, a prescription, and a couple of business cards for orthopedic surgeons and was out of there in less than an hour. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.

My wife and I got COVID-19 tested here, both rapid test and the more authoritative PCR test, and both came back negative thankfully. They have a lot of inbound call volume now and their phone system is kind of janky which makes it hard to get through but if you keep trying you should be able to make it. I was able to make a same-day appointment on a Saturday by calling first thing in the morning. Seems like a nice place.

This place is amazingly quick and courteous with their COVID testing!! I never have waited “too long” for my test results to come back and I feel comfortable going there. Their nurses are nice and good at their job. You don’t even have to get out of your car! I definitely recommend.

I have been to Pine Knob Urgent Care on two occasions with mild symptoms, and during both visits I had the best experience I ever had at a medical institution. The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. The most amazing part was a few days after I went I received a phone call from the Urgent Care asking how my ear infection was healing! Really made me feel that they care about their patients!

When my daughter felt faint after getting a shot they were all very attentive and cared for her. Thank you for making it an easy and enjoyable experience. As much as it can be for a visit to the dr!!

This urgent care delivered caring, competent services. Monica answered questions about Covid testing clearly on the phone. Hannah was an outstanding medical assistant and her blood draws were excellent. Mike the PA was great allowing time for questions, too. I highly recommend this clinic. They also do prompt COVID-19 testing.

It was really easy to get a COVID-19 antibody test here. They even had my results earlier than estimated. The only thing that I wish was better would be that they would believe me that I had it back in December. I'm guessing my case was just counted as asymptomatic, even though I had a cold that was just like it, at the end of December, and my test proved that I had it at some point...

I started at quality urgent care and they took forever and were extremely rude, so I left and came to Pine Knob Urgent Care. The people at Pine Knob were so friendly and got me in and out of there quickly, even with having to take xrays and everything. I highly recommend coming to Pine Knob Urgent Care!! Every person I came in contact with was extremely nice and efficient!!

Been here a few time since this place opened and I feel like they set a new standard for urgent care. Everybody working always seems nice and in a good mood, and it’s always quick in and out. I even went in once 2 minutes before closing and they gladly checked out my daughter. If you ever need an urgent care, this is definitely the place to go.

After calling another urgent care to find out if it was okay to bring my daughter in 15 minutes before close and not being sincerley told yes; I called Pine knob urgent care. I’m so glad I did. The PA Lisa made a big difference in my daughters eyes, of urgent care facilities. She took her time and even brought out a side of my daughter that few see. I appreciated that they TESTED for what they were seeing and did not prescribe unnecessary antibiotics. My daughter got a popsicle out of the deal. Thank you Lisa ?

Went in last week to get a steroid shot for my eczema break out and the staff was absolutely amazing. They listened to what I was saying and listened to the route of treatment I preferred without trying to steer me in a different direction like a lot of other doctors do. I was in and out in under an hour if not 45 minuets. I even received a follow up call checking up on how I was doing. Some of the best care I've ever been given at any doctors or urgent care. Will definitely be making the drive back out if need be!

I am so thankful for this place. They offer a "self pay" rate of $75 regardless of what they do during your appointment (e.g. includes tests/medications/exam.) I have been here twice now, once while I was uninsured and once when I had out of state insurance and it has allowed me access to care that I would have been otherwise unable to afford. They provide excellent care and are very friendly. Also, even with about 6 or 7 people ahead of me, I only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen.

My family has been there a couple of times one due to a sports injury and another due to sickness. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have onsite X-ray which is huge for us because our insurance does not cover if it is contracted to another facility.

Thank you Pine Knob Urgent Care for the great service! I brought my 13 year old son in yesterday for stitches in his hand. The staff was courteous and kind. We did not have to wait long to be seen. Our PA did a great job in closing the laceration quickly, while taking the time to calmly explain to my son what he was doing through out the procedure. As an ER/Trauma nurse, I must say that the wound closure is pretty, too... and his scar should be minimal ;-).

I had an amazing experience. I should mention that I happened to be uninsured at the time due to changing jobs and it only cost me ~$50 sans insurance, which is less than I was paying to see my regular doctor WITH insurance. Gotta love the American (joke) healthcare system. Very low wait time, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was experiencing an awful cold during that unseasonable heat-wave we had back in September 2017 and they got me feeling much better, enough to return to work the next day. The doctor was quick, knowledgeable and helpful without making me feel rushed (which my primary care doctor does, and it drives me nuts). Cannot recommend this place enough.

I have been going to another urgent care in the area and I had not been happy there for awhile. So I decided to check out this place. First I walked in 10 minuets before the closed (I felt terrible about it) but no one even blink an eye. They were happy to see my daughter and I. The doctor was very thorough. Looked my daughter over well to figure out what was going on. We were in and out and my daughter was feeling better in no time at all. We are very happy and we will be returning in the future. Only thing I would change would be the hours. Maybe stay open till 10. :) thanks so much for everything.

Such a great caring staff, very pleased. They took great care of me with my broken foot, made me as comfortable as possible, visit/X-rays/and splint within an hour and a half, much better than any other urgent care I've been to. They even wheeled me out in a wheelchair to my car. I will definitely recommend them and go back for any other medical treatment. Thank you so much, bless you all, amazing work and knowledge!

Even though my wait time was a little long, which was no fault of Pine Knob Urgent Care at all. There were so many sick little ones waiting to be seen, so I didn't mind the wait at all. When I was finally seen the staff was so very friendly, and made me & my family feel right at home. I had never heard of another doctor coming from another hospital after their shift ended, just to help out because they were busy. My husband & I thought that was awesome!!

Nice, clean facility and staff was quick and caring. I was in and out in an hour for severe back pain. They even took EKG to rule out anything more serious. They had a nice kids come we with tablets and toys, kids even kept busy and entertained. Highly recommend!
