I recently visited Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent Care for my Medical Examination, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, promptly checking me in and answering any questions I had. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with ample seating and a calming ambiance. I didn't have to wait long before being called back to see the doctor, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other offices I've been to in the past. Dr. Sylva Okoye, the physician I saw, was exceptional. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she also took the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoroughly. Dr Sylva Okoye just makes you feel like family. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was required. The nursing staff was also fantastic, providing compassionate care and making me feel at ease throughout my visit especially when taking blood. Overall, my experience at Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent Care was top-notch. The level of care and attention surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for any future healthcare needs. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a reliable and friendly medical provider/team.

Excellent and outstanding medical services. They did an excellent job of meeting my medical and health needs. Much appreciated for your kind services and help. I will definitely return in the future when I have need of medical treatment. I was also glad to hear that they were open on Saturdays when I went there on Saturday they were able to help me out with my medical condition and figure out how they could best treat me. Relocating to the area and leaving a primary care Dr that I’ve been with for over 20 + years was a bit unsettling to say the least. I began my search for a new primary care physician. Based on the location and the reviews I came across Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent care. I was welcomed as a new patient. The staff is great! The facility is clean and both Doctors are attentive, caring and compassionate. I have never been made to feel rushed, dismissed or neglected. Anything that can’t be addressed in the clinic is resolved with a quick referral and follow up. If you are looking for new primary care or urgent care, I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you Dr Joseph and Dr Sylvia for being great doctors. Thank you to your staff for being friendly and professional and thank you Ruth for accommodating my appointments sometimes last minute with my crazy schedule :-)

Called in asking about immigration physical, Kenesha was super nice and helpful and gave me all the info needed. Was able to schedule appointment for next day early in the morning. Came in and was helped promptly. Alex was super sweet and helpful and had all the paperwork needed for the exam. Dr.Okoye was super nice and took the time to explain the process and procedure to me. Asked if I had any questions and happily answered all of them. Overall fast and speedy services with super nice folks.

I visited Eastway Medical Clinic for my Immigration and Vaccination appointment. Scheduling it was easy and I immediately received follow up over the phone and email, along with the forms to be filled out online. Arrived and admitted within 15 min. Their nurse was simply fantastic, so attentive, calm, and professional with all the checks, and especially blood work that went super smoothly. Dr.Okoye was courteous, patient and professional.

Hello guys I’m so proud to say I had the best experience ever at eastway medical clinic. Kanesha helped me out through 90% of my visit and she was wonderful helping me from beginning to end . When I say she helped she really helped answered all my questions and for all the times I went to ask her she never gave me a attitude always nice and with a smile answering everything I asked and what I liked the most is that she was so respectful. I said to my self wow she’s perfect for her job I really recommend coming to this clinic you will not be disappointed. An another thing I believe that when someone shows all the effort and class that she shows and provides that’s priceless have a wonderful day and I will definitely be coming back for anything else that I need and that they provide definitely a must go to ..?????
