5 star service. This was my first time utilizing Eastway Medical Clinic’s services and I have nothing bad to say about them. I went here to get a physical exam done and my experience was good. The appt. setting and new patient process was all completed in one phone call/email and I was able to be scheduled to come in quickly. When I arrived the receptionist was pleasant to deal with and instructed me on what I needed to do before my visit with the doctor. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious so patients can move around without getting bumped or stepping on each other’s toes. The wait time is not excessive like those mainstream clinics. I will recommend family clinics now due to this more controlled and personal experience. While there I spoke with the rest of the nursing staff who were all friendly with me and each other, the environment is clean, quiet and relaxing and Dr. Sylvia Okoye is very pleasant to deal with. She gets straight to the order of business after reviewing your charts and socializing with you as her patient to ensure your needs are met. She is efficient and does her job well in this regard. I would have no problem receiving future treatment from this clinic if I were to accidentally kick my toe into the foot board or any of the other clumsy things we do to end up needing good medical treatment. *smiley face*

Relocating to the area and leaving a primary care Dr that I’ve been with for over 20 + years was a bit unsettling to say the least. I began my search for a new primary care physician. Based on the location and the reviews I came across Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent care. I was welcomed as a new patient. The staff is great! The facility is clean and both Doctors are attentive, caring and compassionate. I have never been made to feel rushed, dismissed or neglected. Anything that can’t be addressed in the clinic is resolved with a quick referral and follow up. If you are looking for new primary care or urgent care, I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you Dr Joseph and Dr Sylvia for being great doctors. Thank you to your staff for being friendly and professional and thank you Ruth for accommodating my appointments sometimes last minute with my crazy schedule :-)

Called in asking about immigration physical, Kenesha was super nice and helpful and gave me all the info needed. Was able to schedule appointment for next day early in the morning. Came in and was helped promptly. Alex was super sweet and helpful and had all the paperwork needed for the exam. Dr.Okoye was super nice and took the time to explain the process and procedure to me. Asked if I had any questions and happily answered all of them. Overall fast and speedy services with super nice folks.

I visited Eastway Medical Clinic for my Immigration and Vaccination appointment. Hello guys I’m so proud to say I had the best experience ever at eastway medical clinic. Kanesha helped me out through 90% of my visit and she was wonderful helping me from beginning to end . When I say she helped she really helped answered all my questions and for all the times I went to ask her she never gave me a attitude always nice and with a smile answering everything I asked and what I liked the most is that she was so respectful.
