My Dr. is exceptional but so is her assistant Jasmine. Jasmine will have me smiling and laughing and completely relaxed before the Dr comes in and I have to nervously to share with her all that’s going on. Having Jasmine out first removes nervousness. Oh and she’s a good shot too on the blood draw!!! One and Done🌺

They take their time with you, listen to your concerns and communicate very well with you... I will not change my Doctors for nothing cs they already know my medical history and me..... 5 star service. This was my first time utilizing Eastway Medical Clinic’s services and I have nothing bad to say about them. I went here to get a physical exam done and my experience was good. The appt. setting and new patient process was all completed in one phone call/email and I was able to be scheduled to come in quickly. When I arrived the receptionist was pleasant to deal with and instructed me on what I needed to do before my visit with the doctor. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious so patients can move around without getting bumped or stepping on each other’s toes. The wait time is not excessive like those mainstream clinics. I will recommend family clinics now due to this more controlled and personal experience. While there I spoke with the rest of the nursing staff who were all friendly with me and each other, the environment is clean, quiet and relaxing and Dr. Sylvia Okoye is very pleasant to deal with. She gets straight to the order of business after reviewing your charts and socializing with you as her patient to ensure your needs are met. She is efficient and does her job well in this regard. I would have no problem receiving future treatment from this clinic if I were to accidentally kick my toe into the foot board or any of the other clumsy things we do to end up needing good medical treatment. *smiley face*

Relocating to the area and leaving a primary care Dr that I’ve been with for over 20 + years was a bit unsettling to say the least. I began my search for a new primary care physician. Based on the location and the reviews I came across Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent care. I was welcomed as a new patient. The staff is great! The facility is clean and both Doctors are attentive, caring and compassionate. I have never been made to feel rushed, dismissed or neglected. Anything that can’t be addressed in the clinic is resolved with a quick referral and follow up. If you are looking for new primary care or urgent care, I highly recommend this clinic! Called in asking about immigration physical, Kenesha was super nice and helpful and gave me all the info needed. Was able to schedule appointment for next day early in the morning. Came in and was helped promptly. Alex was super sweet and helpful and had all the paperwork needed for the exam. Dr.Okoye was super nice and took the time to explain the process and procedure to me. Asked if I had any questions and happily answered all of them. Overall fast and speedy services with super nice folks.

I took my parents there for their very first annual checkup in the U.S. I wish I could give them more than five stars!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Tom and Dr. Joseph Okoye were amazing. They took very good care of my parents. The communication was so thorough that my parents almost had no questions to ask or any concerns to raise!!! The office staff from front office to back were extremely professional. There was over a 30 minute wait inside to see the doctor but I’m glad I waited. Dr. SYLVIA OKOYE, MD Was Awesome. She was patient and listened and addressed all my concerns and asked follow up questions to confirm she understood all my issues. There check in kiosk was very helpful though it doesn’t transfer immediately so you have to answer questions you already put in the kiosk but minor and not an issue. I feel delighted and in good hands from a caring group of professionals. A Happy New Patient😊

I drive from Concord to see dr. Sylvia Okoye because I found a very caring, compassionate and thorough doctor who takes care of every issue I have. She makes sure you are taking care of by sending you to specialists or labs etc.. She can do xrays and bloodwork site. She listens to all my concerns and tries to figure out what the problem is. Excellent quality of of care.

First of all I wanna start off by saying the receptionist was very polite The nurse assistant worked very well with me she made me feel very comfortable. They explain what needed to be done before doing it. And Dr. Oakly was great, very good doctor she listen to all my concern and gave me goid feedback. I look forward to being a patient. GOOD TEAM!!!

I am 56 and never once had a doctor like I do at Eaatway Medical. I prefer females but both Medical Professionals are a married couple and I think they both are just amazing. I wont ever go anywhere else. I get so much attentive care for my COPD. Informative, explains everything in detail and never rushes me. I am just so thankful to have found this practice. They are the BEST! I can get in immediately too that is always a bonus. My name is Justice that is my middle name lol

Dr Sylvia is a wonderful caring doctor I actually missed my first virtual time and she made a way to see me again today I like how she listens to me and how she cares about my health just as much as I do yes sometimes it takes them time to get back with you but that’s is to be expected with a great doctor like her she really takes her time she had forgotten one of my meds one day and I called the after hrs line her husband immediately jumped on it and I got it within minutes these people do care I’ve been going here close to a year and I love it
