I was a visitor to Family in El Paso. I needed to be seen by an Urgent Care facility because of a rash. I needed it to be looked at since I was having surgery on 8/7 back home. The staff made me feel comfortable. They were beyond professional, and then some. I am very grateful to have been seen by the staff at UCare.

This little clinic is a gem, along with the personnel in there. It was not crowded at all, well air-conditioned, the receptionist was friendly and cordial. It was a very pleasant visit and the best part of all? Free Bibles of The English Standard Version were readily available for the taking placed there by Del Sol Church. I took one and was tempted to take more, but I decided others needed it more than me. I am a glutton for bible versions haha, what can I say. My daughter called Urgent Care at 3051 N. Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX and I was given an appointment at my choice _immediately_. From start to finish, every single person was outstanding. I was offered a wheelchair right away. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Dr. Irma Hernandez-Zeh was incredibly professional, patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and empathetic. She made sure all my radiology tests were completed, explained everything, and wrote prescriptions for my medications and a wheelchair. Huge thanks also to Nurse Christine, the rest of the nursing team, Jackie the x-ray technician, and radiologist Dr. Ying Zhao, MD. Everyone worked together seamlessly. Nurse Christine even did a follow-up call, which I really appreciated. In a scary, painful moment, this team made me feel safe and cared for. I went in today for a strained back. The staff were very attentive and professional. I was seen by nurse practitioner, Adrian Johnson. I brought the meds I'm taking in with me which was something he would've prescribed me if I didn't have them, already. I went in knowing there was a possibility that nothing could be done for me due to me already having what I needed. He did what he could to explore other avenues to try to help me. Hospitals and other clinics should take notes on how patient care is done at UCARE. They were perfect!

A doctor who truly listens and takes the time to care. I came in with concerns about the onset of a cold and how quickly it can progress into severe upper respiratory infections. Dr. Sandra listened, asked thoughtful questions, and never made me feel rushed. She and her team made me feel genuinely comfortable, heard, and cared for.

The wait is usually very short and the Nurse Practitioner Irma Hernandez has provided exceptional service. She is always very professional and yet friendly. So I rushed over there got there at 8:39PM and the front desk lady and gentlemen were so nice ! Filled out some paperwork! And was seen within like 10 minutes! overall I had such a good experience! The lady that took my vitals was quick and torough! And then i ended up seeing IRMA H. (The doc or maybe pysichian assistant I'm not sure) but i ended up asking her a million questions and she was super sweet and so amazing ! I wish all doctors were sweet like her.. she was amazing !!! Got my medicine prescribed and went to the 24hour pharmacy Walgreens and only ended up paying 2$ for my medicine since we're military! I am so happy I went cuz they all took good and quick care of me! I was litteraly IN & OUT !!! Since I have a baby waiting for me at the house!! I wish every urgent care was like you guys! I'll be sure to come back again if anything ever happens again. You guys are the BEST !

Amazing consideration for patients at this location. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone in need of urgent care. I have...REALLY weird, complex difficult health problems that i've only recently learned about, and when I went here the first time they gave me such attention in regards to my specific DRD2 mutations and Von Gierke's, and were able to get me back on track with my Memantine that made a world of a difference! When asked, they were even kind enough to take some extra time a few weeks later to recommend me a good practice that would be willing to handle more complex cases like mine because I was having trouble finding a good primary care in my area. Dr. Perez and the staff there are VERY caring and considerate of what's going on with the patient, and are 100% willing to try and help when possible if they can, and I very much appreciate the time they spent dealing with my difficult case while I get it moved to a more appropriate provider! Thank you for your time helping me while I navigate this crazy biology I have! :)

I made an appointment and registered online before my appointment, I was notified they switched systems could not see my appointment or registration, so I had to start over in person, you should not offer online registrations and appointment scheduling if it does not align with the system your staff use this is gross negligence by operations management.

2nd time here and it was over a month before anyone reached tried contacting me. But today Vivian was very rude not at first but after was on my to sit down like I was asked to do I vaguely heard a voice I on the left side as you enter the other side of the wall I stopped looked back only saw the other receptionist she looked at me so I asked did someone call me she said yes she (Vivian) called me back I walked back over and said you should've stood up and poked your head around the corner because I really didn't hear her she replied " well that's just the way it is" I responded with excuse me that's the wrong answer. She blew it off and rudely asked why was there. 1 I won't ever go back and 2 I will report this to the VA maybe if other Vets has experienced this same type of treatment y'all can loose whatever contract you have with them. Oh and while in the Back I informed Dr. Anchondo he basically had no interest in what I had to say about how his/the staff in particular Vivian treats patients at the front desk.

Always quick in and out, honor appointment times, scheduling appointments is quick and easy, and they provide great care. I have been here many times for various reasons and have seen several of their doctors and NP's. Today in particular was seen by nurse Monica and the NP Stacey. Care was given quickly and my concerns were heard and addressed. It's nice to have a place to come with colds, sinus infections etc when your regular doctor may be booked for appointments.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon for an ear infection. The staff attended to me quickly, and I was prescribed an antibiotic. After taking the medication, I started feeling better the same night. Great service and efficient care!

My experience with Dr. Mauer, Jacqueline was a very good one. She actual took the time to physically check me and listen to my issue. Very pleased with the time and attention she provided. The nurse and two front desk girls were also top notch.

These people are amazing! They saved my life for real I came in with shortness of breath nausea flu symptoms you name it i was feeling it.The staff wasted no time in attending me they all and I mean ALL of them from reception to doctor had such a great friendly caring attitude!! The facility is clean and the staff is top notch! Thank you U Care!!!!!!!

Service was quick but my actual physical took literally a minute for the NP to do. I was charged $135 for that. Way overpriced for that quick of a visit. You have a coupon online for an $99 DOT physical which I'm sure is a much more detailed physical. This was just one I needed for nursing school. Other clinics around the city charge probably $50 for a visit.

Absolutely the best experience. Going to an Urgent Care facility it's obvious that I was feeling terrible; the staff there was very compassionate and kind to me. Joseph treated me as family, he was thoughtful and caring, Jesika came in and explained everything in detail, she took time to learn about my situation and gave me clear instructions. I was sick and exhausted but I couldn't ask for better treatment. I highly recommend this facility if you are ever in need of Urgent Care. (Hope not).

It's sad that this is what medical care has come to. I paid for them to take my temperature and blood pressure and ask me a few questions and right a prescription. Didn't look at my throat, in my nose, my ears…nothing! I might as well have take. A quiz and the pills just pop out a vending machine. Not the first time this happens at a doctors office. It's a joke.

This has always been our go to place for rapid, good care. The providers are great but the receptionist are so rude and unwelcoming, when trying to speak to them they cut you off and won't let you finish what you're saying. You greet them or say thank you and its just ignored. If they had more friendly and respectful receptionist I would have kept it at five stars.

I had a great experience with UCare. My husband and I are in El Paso from out of town for work. I was able to book an appointment same day via their website for a lunchtime appt (made the appt at around 7 am and it's best to do it early if you can otherwise appointment times fill up since they are an urgent care). Came in for possible infection and the doctor/nurses/office staff were all very nice, listened to my concern, ran appropriate tests and then gave my treatment and prescription for medicine needed. Everything was smooth and easy. Since I had an appt and it wasn't super busy, I was able to be seen on time and out within an hour. I definitely recommend UCare for any urgent (non-life threatening) care needed.

Everyone here did a great job! I came in with foot pain and they were so nice and supportive. All the workers treated me with patience and never once made me feel crazy. The X-Ray Tech James was super helpful and did his best to careful when doing my x-rays.

My wife and I were on our way from San Antonio to visit El Paso. On the last 2 hour of our trip, I encountered a severe outbreak, rash with bumps itching. Went to this location and wow...it was the best decision to bring about relief. From checking in to being triaged and seen in the back with the provider JessiKa...it was the best experience anyone in my situation could ask for. Quick, ultra professional, competent and everyone genuinely showed concern with a smile. I really appreciated the manner in which they go about their business here. Was having an with my billing and had questions so I called and I talked to the manager lady Lexy. She got my stuff sorted pretty quick and answer my questions. The place is pretty clean too

I took my son in on a Sunday around 3:00 pm. We were seen by a nurse within 10 minutes of registering and placed in a room. Within 5 minutes we were seen by a Nurse Practitioner and about 10 minutes later we were given a full diagnosis and were cleared to go home. The medicines my son were prescribed were available in less than an hour at our local CVS Pharmacy.

Always come here when I am sick, or when my kids are sick they take good care of us and are pretty efficient with their patients.

Ive never been to an urgent care in my life. Mainly because i dont know what to expect. The front staff recieved me. I was getting scene within 10 mins. Explained my illness in layman's and sent me home with a doctors note. I didnt even ask for me. Thank you good men and women of this urgent care. They also took my VA as insurance. This was also part of the uncertainty of why i never went to an urgent care. I was unsure of how to use my VA card. It was very easy. I am happy that i didnt put off getting scene by a provider.

Today both my kids got seen by the nurse practitioner on site and he was quick and effective with my one year old who hates the doctors. Great, polite staff, and one of the cleanest Urgent Care facilities I have been at here in El Paso. Highly recommend!

So I went to MedPost on Zaragoza and saul kleinfeld and when I asked if the doctor could see me they said no the doctor is done for the day mind you they close at 8 and I showed up 645. But then I went to U care and what a difference they saw me with in 30 minutes be I was out of there in an hour that's with them doing Flu test strep throat and urine test. I highly recommend it I don't know why I went to the MedPost in the first place the same thing happen to me on the 25th at the kids MedPost when I took my daughter. Again I highly recommend this place the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Good people

We are beyond thankful the North Zaragoza clini opened!! The staff is AMAZING!! We have been there many times I have felt horrible all week and went yesterday and Dr gave me a steroid shot and some oral steroids and I am feeling 80% better already!! We are always in and out within 30 min max!! Highly recommmend!!
