We have been using PatientGain since Feb 2017 and I am very pleased at the results we have seen so far. We are a three-provider interventional pain management practice, and began using PatientGain in hopes that we could grow our online presence; communicate better with our patients; and begin tracking the value and efficiency of our various marketing strategies.
While we are nowhere near where I "want to be" yet, we are 1000% more sophisticated in these three areas than we were 12 months ago. Sal Khan and Cassandra Uribe have been 110% Responsive in terms of updating us on our progress, suggesting ways that we can measure and monitor our practice better, and basically making this a very "customized" product for our company.
I believe that PatientGain is very fairly priced for what it does. We spoke with some of the BIG companies (InfusionSoft/SalesForce/BobMangat) and PatientGain offers all of what the bigger players offer, at a price that is more realistic for a small practice.
I was more active with the website and email initially than I am now. You MUST come up with original content (OC) for your website. Even though these guys do a great job when asked to provide OC, nobody knows your practice and your goals like YOU do. So, put the time in! Same goes for newsletters --- How they do it, I do not know, but PatientGain will ---if asked ---provide OC for your monthly newsletter. But a newsletter that is written BY YOU, specifically describing YOUR THOUGHTS, or something that YOU OFFER is going to be much more effective, IMO.
In summary, nothing but ***** STARS for PatientGain, and specifically for Cassandra Uribe. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with this company!
