Dr. Ruben is the most personable, caring doctor I have ever met in my life and I am 62. With his expert guidance, I am now completely healed from my dark depression. I've been not feeling well for years and had been bouncing from endocrinologist to endocrinologist, and all them told me that they couldn't help me. They just told me to continue taking my Synthroid and get used to my new life. I had been progressively feeling worse and continuing to gain more and more weight- even though I was working out and I was eating, right (no sugar, soy, or grains).
