I was having an allergic reaction and efforts to get in to my regular Dr. We're not successful as they had no open appointments and closing early for the holiday. I then tried TeleDoc where I sat in a 'virtual' waiting room for over 4 hours with the Doctor never showing up. By now my rash and hives were severely spreading and the burning and stinging was worse. It had moved up into my eyes that became blurry and bloodshot and my head was pounding and skin felt like it was on fire. My tongue and face were tingling. I cancelled my TeleDoc wait at hour 5 and called my Doctor again trying to get in; the Nurse told me to go to the ER. I google mapped closest ER/ Urgent Care and Houston Medical ER Rayford came up. I got there around 4:45 and the Nurse at the front desk intake was wonderful. She helped me right away and I was in the back being assessed by 5:00pm. Within 15 minutes I was seen by the Doctor and given IV medication. The Doctor was attentive and engaging. The medication immediately started working and I felt improvement in my symptoms. I was out the door by around 6:20pm. I want to recognize the Nurse who did my IV and medication, she was very sweet and helpful. The Dr. was also very helpful and even printed out some recommendations for OTC topical products to help with my skin irritation. He treated all of my issues with prescriptions to take and gave me a recommendation for an allergist. I am happy to report I am feeling better and they did a fast and wonderful job treating me in my time of need when I could not be seen elsewhere. Thank you!

Needed PCR test for travel, in and out in 20 minutes and had test results within 2 hours. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Went in today 9/14/21 went in for a covid test but while I was there I wanted to check my lungs they did find pneumonia I'm grateful I went because you have to stay ahead of the covid the staff very friendly and explained everything for me and yes I will get vaccinated now because this covid isn't a joke

Exceptional efficiency and professional care. I was amazed how efficient this clinic was even with long lines for Covid Testing. The line moved quickly and the staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to help me. In particular Autumn and Milena along with the supervisor at the front desk went the extra mile. They all really care about you. Thank you.

I have covid. Be patient all ERs are currently slammed. I went to this ER on day 8 could barley breathe. They helped me make an appointmentand return that evening to get the monoclonal antibody treatment. Get vaccinated this is hell. I went back at 830pm they were slammed but got me in. They were so busy and looked very tired. However they did a great job under the circumstances. The antibody treatment seems to have turned my tide against covid. I'm entering day 13 still with breathing difficulties and other symptoms but it's much better than day 8! Thank you Dr. Hood and Nurse Tristin. You guys were both great and your kind words helped me cope with where I was. Keep up the good work covid patients need positively around them.

I arrived at the E.R. At about 12:30 pm on July 11th at the Rayford rd. Location with chlorine gas inhalation. I felt very bad,and hardly could stay alert, or responsive. The staff got me in immediately and went to work. I had 4 or 5 people in the room with doctor and various nurses, and ,or assistances .I could not praise or give enough credit to all . The doctor and staff we're professional and very attentive. They started a I.V and got steroids,Benadryl, and a epi injection and got me started breathing on a antecubital nebulization apparatus. I felt confident and a sense of well-being with the care and personalities within the room. I want to thank,and show appreciation to the staff I had the pleasure to meet and receive their excellent care. I hope Mgmt.and corporate realizes the over and above great staff they employ!!! Luckily for me anyway!! Cudoes!!!

Cannot recommend this place enough!! I was feeling absolutely awful, I had the most terrible headache, fever, chills, nausea,dehydration and lethargy I had ever experienced. A friend recommended I go to Community ER to get tested for Covid-19 . My wait time was less than five minutes and as suspected I tested positive for Covid. I was given an IV with vitamins in it to rehydrate me and to help with my nausea and it helped me tremendously. By the time I left , my headache and nausea were gone and I was feeling so much better. The staff was caring and efficient and continually checked on me while I was getting the IV to make sure I was comfortable. If you are experiencing any of the same issues, please go get the IV treatment, I know it shortened my symptoms and helped speed up my recovery.

Place was fast, practiced social distancing and does rapid testing! Might not be in an hour or 2, but you still get results the same day. That's good in my books due to the spike in numbers and the holidays around the corner. But Holly was amazing at the front and if I do need to go back will definitely come here.
