I have been a patient of Dr. Trinh Lee since I moved to the Bay Area 5 years ago. Dr. Lee and her team have always been professional, accommodating, and listened to my concerns with patience. I have been to many dentists in my life, as I have many problems with my teeth, and often times I experienced the “you need to do these 10 things urgently”, which sounded more like a rip off, without experiencing the care I needed before spending thousands of dollars. When I met Dr. Lee, she listened to my concerns and we made a plan, together, working through priorities. They have always been transparent about prices and suggested best times to do the work I needed- a root canal, regular cleaning, cavities and crowns. I trusted Dr. Lee tremendously: her knowledge and meticulous work put me at ease since I have met her. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team.

This facility is excellent. The dentists are extremely accommodating of everyone’s pain sensitivity levels and they’re super sympathetic. They do an excellent job with fillings and aligning the bite afterwards. I came in for a filling and I was eating regular solid foods literally the same night with no pain or sensitivity. They also gave me an Invisalign consult which was done extremely well. 10/10 would recommend.

Allure Dental was able to make a last minute appointment for me which I appreciated greatly! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The dental hygienist took her time on my cleaning and was very thorough. I didn’t feel like she rushed to get to the next patient as I’ve experienced at some other offices. I greatly appreciate the fact that even routine procedures and results of those procedures were all explained to me thoroughly at least twice. My treatment plan and possible cost of the plan were also broken down for me. The staff actually cares about my dental health vs just being seen as "just another customer" like I was at my last dentist. I was also seen the next day after I turned in a new patient form which was a nice surprise.

Honestly one of the best Dentistry’s I’ve ever been to! They explain everything to you and check on you constantly. Everyone working here is so very nice. As someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist I cannot recommend them more.

Dr Lee literally saved my life by telling me that the acid marks on my teeth were caused by Sleep Apnea and that I should get it tested. I did get checked for sleep apnea and it seems like I have severe sleep apnea and it had been developing for around 5 years. No other dentists that I saw in those 5 years could make that connection, so I really respect that Dr Lee read the latest research indicating the connection between marks on one's teeth and Sleep Apnea. I am a difficult patient, I have so much dental anxiety and they have worked with me and my issues for almost ten years, to the point where I no longer have fear and I feel safe there. Today I left in tears; I had a chipped front tooth which I was very insecure about, and today they fixed it and when I saw it, I started to cry. It looks so good and even pretty. Every time I walk out their doors I am pleased with my care. I have had cleanings, root canals, crowns, one tooth pulled, and minor surgery done on my mouth by them and I have absolutely no complaints.I would recommend them highly, in fact I raved about them to someone I work with today who plans to use them as well.

She recommended me braces and provided good follow up care for 4 years.Not only the Doctor but also the stuffs are very friendly. Starting from the very beginning, they gave importance to what’s more important to be done and also provided me a detailed plan to help me deal with the tooth ache. I really love this place. My family and I have been coming here for 23 years. We initially came here to get braces for my daughter, who is all grown up now and still has a beautiful smile thanks to Drs. Trinh and Suzanna. I have been going to Allure Dental Center since I was a kid and now here am in college writing my first review for them. They are honestly the kindest, most welcoming staff that I have had the pleasure to enjoy. From when I was a kid, I use to eat a lot of sweets and candies and a bunch of junk that wasn't good for my teeth, so I came in often to get my cavities checked. They were always so encouraging with helping me understand proper hygiene by teaching me how to floss and giving me tips to add to my daily routines. The moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with warm smiles and calming greenery. Their office has so much natural light and clean spaces. Each staff is constantly making sure you're comfortable throughout your visit from offering refreshments to walking through your consultation. My favorite thing about ADC is how attentive Dr. Suzanna & Dr. Trinh is. It's such a fun, enthusiast experience to be under their care. They are wonderfully friendly and easy to talk to. They have often called me hours/a day later after my visit to check up on my progress. As a young adult now, I appreciate how compassionate they are towards me when I told them how it was hard to take care of myself while balancing school, health, work, and etc. I've not only fallen behind on my dental hygiene routine, but I also have income wisdom teeth (oof that'll be the death of me). I recently came in to get a deep cleaning and a progress check on how those choppers are coming in. They were simply amazing in alleviating my pain and were again warmly encouraging about how to better care for myself.

I really hate going to the dentist and I also really hate needles. Dr. Lee and Dr. Trinh changed that! I've gone to many dentists in my life, and Dr. Lee and Dr. Trinh are the only ones who can do pain-free anesthesia! Those needles did not hurt at all. Went in for a deep cleaning at Allure Dental Center. Was offered a pair of video glasses for private video viewing (online videos from Netflix, Youtube, etc.). Came here from a friend's referral. My last dentist put a bad crown in and I had the worst pain for 2 months. Dr. Suzanna was able to rectify the situation and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Now I can finally eat ice cream again! No more sensitive tooth. Everything in this office is so clean, organized, and safe. Dr. Trinh has done an amazing job and I could not be happier with my teeth right now. Everything looks perfect! The staff is also so organized so caring to all the patients that come in.

Dr Susanna Lee, Dr Trinh Lee and their staff have provided the best care to me for the past 9 years. They always take the time to make sure I am comfortable during any procedure. I think having healthy teeth is very important but it’s a plus when your teeth looks great too. I have done invisalign, teeth whitening, cleanings, fillings and wisdom tooth removal at Allure Dental Center. All with great results. They have excellent skills and will take great care of you.

Went in today after a less than 24hour notice. Was having excruciating pain. Dr. Trinh Lee was able to see me early morning. The office is by far had the best feel to it than any other dental office I have ever been to. When I was sat down I was not sure if I was at the theater or dentist. They threw on some Netflix, put my mouth to sleep and within 20 minutes, my tooth along with the tooth ache were GONE!!!! Afterwards, they bought me some tomato and basil soup!!! Seriously, who does that??? It was awesome!!!! Like I said, best dental experience EVER!!!! Oh yea they even bought me a birthday cake!!!!!! Thank you to the whole team at Allure Dental

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Suzanna Lee and Dr. Trinh Lee. First, they have changed my husbands life, seriously! He never use to smile and lacked confidence, after they replaced he four front teeth he smiles all the time and feels confident again. Thank you!! Secondly, they are extremely professional and take care in everything they do. I feel they are like family. All the staff knows us and greets us by name. When I have no one to watch my children, they are more then accommodating for me to bring them and play a movie. I trust them with my teeth and more! They are the best in the business. Lastly, I really appreciate before I get charged for any service they sit me down for a consultation and explain everything. I am never surprised by my bill. My insurance is not great but Allure fights for me every time my insurance declines something. They didn't want to pay for a deep cleaning that I really needed and Allure sent in pictures and letters until it was resolved. Thank you again, Allure! I will say it again, Dr. Suzanna and Dr. Trinh are simply the best dentists! I highly recommend them. It's hard to find someone you trust with your families' teeth and we are so lucky we found two great dentists!!

I rarely write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience I felt I had to share. I am an anxious person generally and dental appointments make me ill with anxiety. I have tried various forms of sedation throughout the years. However, I don't tolerate them well and prefer not to be sedated. Today while getting fillings replaced I tried Nu Calm. I am so glad I followed the Doctors advice and tried it. It's drug free and as easy as listening to music. I cannot emphasize enough how well it worked; I almost fell asleep! If that wasn't awesome enough, the entire staff is always so pleasant and caring.

Allure Dental Center is the best dental place I have visited, I am treated as I expected and I couldn't get better results.
