POSITION SUMMARY: Independently provide integrated clinical outpatient care and medication assisted treatment, and evaluation and management via telehealth under the supervision of our experienced psychiatrists. Our providers focus primarily on patient's care and our back-office support teams handle billing, collections, and credentialing etc... This allows our clinicians time to be spent where it should be, with their patients. Professional communication with providers and others within the organization is essential.

POSITION TITLE: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certified

LOCATION: Remote (Specifically: Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio)

TERMS: Contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nurse Practitioner Licensed in OH, PA, FL, MD, DC. Multistate licensure preferred.
• NPI (for new grads we can extend an offer contingent on obtaining the NPI).
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• DEA license; X-Waiver-preferred.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Adaptable to technology, including telehealth software and comfortable with video communication; Ability to trouble-shoot common technical issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct virtual/remote video visits with patients.
• Ask intuitive questions to discover the root cause of illness.
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical history.
• Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive insight into medication management.
• Maintain a comprehensive medical record of the patient's complete health history.
• Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and clinician.
• Timely and quality documentation.
